Refund policy

Scentra sells digital products — instant-download ebooks (PDF + ePub). There's nothing to ship and nothing to send back.

Because of that, all sales are normally final. But we'd rather you were happy than hold onto your money, so:

30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the book isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you. You don't need to return anything — the file is yours to keep either way.

Technical trouble. If a file won't download or open, email us and we'll fix it or refund you, whichever you'd prefer.

To request a refund, email info@scentra.com.au with your order number and we'll sort it out, usually the same day. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and can take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Tools for demanding brains. If ours isn't the right tool for you, we'll make it right.
